Dear Adoring Fans of Count Olaf,

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events brought to vivid and wondrous life, Daniel Handler's best selling, darkly twisted and deliciously macabre tales of the Baudelaire children, and myself, your beloved Count Olaf. Though, here you'll meet the youngsters, as they've just been orphaned and the whacky relatives come to their rescue; some well meaning, another to liberate them of their family fortunes. What would children, an essential part of the ecosystem, but otherwise most certainly useless, need with a fortune after all? I have viewed and viewed and I can say honestly, I am the best. My scenes are the highlight of the spectacle; sure Rick Heinrichs' Set Production and that Silberling fellow's directing assisted...but without me? Tah, I shudder to think of it. Still, Paramount Home Entertainment has added a plethora (a Parisian word meaning a bunch of stuff) of extras on a two-disc special edition to assure years happiness together. And lucky lucky you , Ms. Blunt has finagled a few copies from their hands to reward you.
