Okay
get ready to be whisked away to another musical era boys and girls...
Michael
Bublé has the kinda voice that makes the firmest of bitter
women swoon at the silly notion of love, and the hardest of manly
men want to tap along in time, while sipping a frilly lounge cocktail
unashamed of the tropical umbrella erect atop.
In his title cd "Michael Bublé" (apparently pronounced,
Boob-lay - Ah, the difference an accent makes huh?) he covers
some of the classic songs that make you positively yearn for a
time machine. You're transported to a Technicolor land of Rat
Pack filled casinos, cigarette riddled nightclubs and smart dressed
gentlemen slow dancing with updo gals.
His version of "Come Fly With Me" is dreamy! Rightfully,
this hip tune needs to be blasting from fine speakers while you're
cruising down a coastal highway...carefree, footloose, and soaking
up the sun!
Or
say you have that special someone over for dinner and desert?
Crack the bubbly 'cause Bublé's "Sway" actually
rivals that of Dean Martin's. Sacrilege you say? Give a listen
and get back to me kid.
I adored every tune. The only styling that wasn't my personal
cup-of-tea was "That's All". But that's because of my
adoration for the super hip fast-paced way legend Bobby Darin
delivered it way-back-when; which was purrfect. But don't get
me wrong Bublé's version is still beautiful - and a tad
more romantic Mikey's way...
His sexy delivery of "Fever" will positively make your
brow sweat with desires and rabid thoughts while the ever wonderful
"Moondance" gets a lucky vocal rework too.
This
man has "it". His voice is dreamy and sexy, and reminiscent
of all the great gentlemen crooners that came before him. Each
song radiates with, warmly familiar, yet, completely original
stylings. BUY
THIS this immediately and enjoy!
